Fuel Dispenser Pump

Fuel dispenser pump is basically a machine installed at a filling station. The main purpose of fuel dispenser is to pump diesel, petrol, ethanol fuel, LPG, biofuels like kerosene, biodiesel, or other types of fuel into Cars, Trucks, Buses, Motorcycles etc. They are also used in factories where the generators and other machines are needed to re fuel it. They are also used at farms, airports, ranches, fleets, and manufacturing and construction companies.

They are mostly made of metals like stainless steel and aluminum with the hosing, nozzles and dust caps being made from either rubber or plastic. Nozzles are attached to the fuel dispenser with the help of flexible hoses, which helps them to be inserted into the vehicle's filling inlet. The hoses are tough enough to endure hardships if a car is being driven over the hose, and are often attached using heavy spring or coil arrangements to provide additional strength. Other parts of the fuel dispenser include the flow meter, fuel pump, coupler, connector and valves to stop the flow. High quality fuel dispenser equipments play a vital role in the performance of the fuel dispenser.

To select the perfect unit according to your requirements, fuel dispenser equipments are very important like the flow of rate of the fuel, inlet size, maximum working pressure, and load of the materials used, etc., need to be measured. Wide range of dispensers including single nozzle, multi-nozzles, submersible type and suction type, vapour recovery system, remote system, standard flow rate and heavy duty and also mobile type dispensers.
