Friday is always a nice day


Today is Friday and I left for office a bit early as my routine, the chilling breeze welcomed me when I stepped out of my home. The temperature fell sharply as compared to yesterday. The mood is obviously good because it is the last working day of the week. I started my work by checking emails from buyers and my member. After replying to the member there was an inter- department meeting in which some strategies were discussed which are going to be implemented in the coming weeks.

After returning from the meeting I received a call from a buyer who wants some detailed information about the diesel fuel dispensers. As we are the leading diesel fuel dispenser supplier so he also asked the possibilities and requirements to become our distributor in his country. I told him general requirements and promised him to email all the details.

Then I opened the social networking pages of the member to check the updates and reply to the inquiries. I also uploaded some new pictures of fuel dispenser and motor oil dispenser pump of the trade show which we attended. Then I send the introductory email to new buyers who have sent the inquiries. Overall the day spend was positive.

21st December 2012!!


Its 21st of December 2012 today and the entire hoax about the world ending today settled down. It is a normal day for me as I get up early in the morning and left for office after having breakfast.

The first thing as usual was checking the emails, replies and inquiries from the buyers. I replied to the urgent inquiries and start discussion with my member about the Australian buyer who wants the dealership of our company in his country for motor oil dispenser pump. Some positive aspects were identified and some strategies were defined to make it a profitable venture for both the companies. As we are the leading fuel dispenser supplier and we can supple high quality fuel dispensers at competitive prices so customers and traders are very much interested.

After conversation with the member I opened social networking accounts and pages to update them and check the replies or inquiries from the customers. There I found some useful blogs related to my products, through them I learned some concepts and latest news related to the industry.

Started the day with a pleasant weather and mood


The weather is very pleasant today and so is my mood when I reached office. I turned on my computer and checked my inbox. There were few replies and inquiries from the buyers who want to know the prices or want to know more about our products. I replied to all the email and then I had a conversation with my member about some of the marketing strategies which we have applied to different regions across the globe. She identified some new strategies which we can implement.

Now we have increased our focus to the African and Middle Eastern markets where we find some potential markets for Motor oil dispenser pump and fuel dispenser pumps. The inquiries were also coming from these markets to become our agents or distributors in their respective countries. We have to identify the potential ones who have enough experience to market our products in a professional way.

As we are the leading diesel fuel dispenser supplier so there are many people who show much interest in becoming our agents or distributors.  After that I called few buyers to take follow up about the email and prices which we have given to them. Then I moved to the social networking websites to check our pages and profiles. Overall the day spent was positive just like my mood.

My Daily Routine Work for My Member


I started my day at office with a hot cup of coffee and some cookies. Then I started checking emails and requirements from buyers. I was very glad to see the reply from one of the buyer who showed great interest in becoming our dealer/agent in his country. He has asked for the invitation letter so that he can apply for the visa and plan his visit to my member’s factory next month to finalize all the things.

He is interested in Motor oil dispenser pump and other equipment which are necessary to open up a fuel station. He also wants to share some ideas for the marketing activities to make our brand popular in that country.

After replying to the emails I started searching social networking pages to add and contact more buyers and connections related to our industry. I found some professionals there who are the importers of the equipments.  As my member is the leading Diesel Fuel Dispenser Supplier so it is our major requirement to find potential buyers/importers or professionals who are interested in becoming distributors/Agency for our company in their respective countries.

Furthermore I called few buyers to take follow up from them regarding our introductory emails and product catalogue.

Exploring new markets


I started my day by checking my inbox and replying to the emails from different buyers. There were inquiries from Afghanistan, South Africa and Zimbabwe. They were asking for the details and prices of different models of motor oil dispenser pump. I replied them with the details and prices.

After that I checked the social networking profiles and pages of my member’s company. There was an inquiry from an Indian buyer on LinkedIn who is looking like a potential lead and showed interest in our products. I think he is looking for some quality diesel fuel dispenser supplier. I have sent him the details and waiting to hear some positive feedback from his side. I also had a meeting with SEM team and discussed the possible markets to target and increase the budget.

I also checked the data base related to my industry to find more buyers who are looking for fuel dispensers. I called few of them and sent emails to those whose number was busy or not responding. Furthermore I read some articles related to the industry to keep in touch with the latest trends and news. Overall the day was positive for me and my member.
